Taylor Kay Architecture is a small practice based in South East London that is committed to exceptional design with minimal impact on the planet’s resources whilst still providing excellent value for money. We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations as to what can be achieved within the project constraints. We treat each project individually and create designs that are imaginative and beautiful whilst also affordable and practical. It is important to us that the design responds sympathetically to both its location and the natural environment.
Our architectural design service is backed up by an extensive technical knowledge and sound understanding of building physics. We use our knowledge to create buildings that need the minimum energy to run whilst maintaining a comfortable and healthy environment for their occupants. We are great advocates of the Passivhaus energy standard and we apply this approach to many of our projects. Find out more about Passivhaus here. We offer architectural services based on the work stages outlined by the Royal Institute of British Architects, (RIBA). We can offer a full service from RIBA Stages 1-6, covering the project right from inception through to completion of the work on site and handover. Alternatively we can provide a service for individual stages as required. For more information see here.
