TKA added to Dulwich Estate list of approved Architects
The Dulwich Estate covers a 1500 acres area in South East London. The estate was originally founded, by Edward Alleyn, a Shakespearian actor, in 1619 for the purposes of educating poor scholars and providing accommodation for poor persons. The Dulwich Estate is now a registered charity and many of the original principles still stand today. In order to preserve the architectural character of the estate, any development within the estate must gain approval from the Scheme of Management and the estate governors, regardless of local planning policy. TKA are delighted to be acknowledged for their work within the estate and look forward to completing more projects in the area in 2013. See the list here
